Major X20 - Which RAM to buy? There is XMP profile available on the bios?

I would like to increase my RAM to 32Go and I notice the i7 13700HX accept DDR5 4800 MT/s.

Anyone knows if the bios on the X20 got an XMP profile or if it's blocked?

If there is no XMP profile available, it seems useless ti buy a RAM faster than 4800 MT/s...

Hi there @Major_X20_i7 ,

After some research i can sadly confirm that your device does not support XMP.

As you suspected, this is due to the processer only supporting speeds of up to 4800 despite the boards RAM modules supporting higher speeds. 

So to answer your question, no it is not worth purchasing new RAM above speeds of 4800.
