How to undervolt CPU on Medion Erazer Defender P40 (i7 13700HX)

Intel XTU says that the undervolting feature is disabled on this board even though it's a HX CPU. Any idea how to enable it? There is no such option in the BIOS or the control center.

we had some investigations to be done and can tell you, that there is no undervolting option available with the ERAZER Defender P40 product series.
