Hello @MichelG54 and welcome
Please state your MSN number from the computer.
Medion writes a maximum of 32GB RAM
2x 8192 MB DDR5 SO-DIMM (PC5-38400/ 4800 MHz) (2/2 Slots covered; 32 GB max.)
Now you have a barebones clevo NP50SND. it says (service manual): max 64GB
Memory/ Dual Channel DDR5
Two 262 Pin SO-DIMM Sockets
Supporting up to 4800/5600MHz DDR5 Memory
Memory Expandable up to 64GB
Compatible with 8GB,16GB or 32GB Modules
so try it out
(The real memory operating frequency depends on the FSB
of the processor.)
However, you can only do 4800MHz due to your CPU i7-13700HX

Hi Fishtown,
Thanks for your welcome and answer.
I just checked the back of the laptop and it says "product: NP50SND" apart from the MSN.
So that means it can handle the 64GB according to your answer?
thanks for your help!
Michael.

I also just tried
wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices
in command prompt and it also says it should be able to handle 64GB.
I think it should work then.
thanks again!
