Hi all I have a problem with my laptop battery charging. It stays at zero % plugged in and says charging but it not. If power cable disconnected than it turns off right away. Battery light is amber all the time when plugged in Any advise how to fix this? Many thanks
This has the possability that the battery is no longer holding a charge and needs to be replaced. I would advise calling Medion Support on 0333 321 3106 and allowing them to confirm it with a free of charge assessment.
