Hello,
I got my Erazer X1000 three days ago. After 2 hours of playing time I decided to
to change rooms to be a little more careless because I'd have more room.
After connecting, however, nothing worked anymore... I only get the mistake:
Already tried to use other ports, reinstall the Mixed Reality Portal etc... no success.
The glasses screens remain dark.
Now I contacted the support, who immediately wanted to send me a new pair of glasses. One day later
the disappointment: A mail that the article is no longer in stock and that I like my money the most
should be refunded.
I bought the item for 190€ and don't see the same glasses.
later again for 300€ or more to buy!
So a problem solution would be nice.

Update:
I searched the drivers and found out that the device had broken firmware.
... Only I ask myself how this could happen and if I can do something about it myself?
