Erazer X10 (MD34895) RAM + TDP locked

Hi,

The BIOS settings on this gaming desktop are limited, and you can't really change anything useful. I paid for 3200mhz RAM, however it's locked to (I believe) 2900mhz or something around that range. On top of that the CPU runs at 95w while I'd like it to run at 125w together with an aftermarket cooler to get the max performance out of the i7-11700 that now only boosts to 3.7ghz on full usage. Does anyone know if there is a way to change these settings? Or would I need a new aftermarket motherboard for this?

EDIT: 

Is there a certain TDP that this motherboard, made by medion, supports or will it support 125w with the right cooler? I've read different things about all modern motherboards supporting this, but also people saying each motherboard only supports up till a certain TDP
