Gaming PC Medion Recon P10 MD 35119 - imposible to activate the integrated video card - Intel 560

Hello I recently bought from Cora Belgium an Gaming Medion Recon P10 MD 35119. The computer has an onboard video camera card with VGA, HDMI and a Display port.

Mother board : ECS with intel B560H6-EM2

This is very useful from me for an Virtual OPinball project, where I need to connect some old additional monitors.

Unfortunately it seems that the onboarding video is deactivated, I can not use it! I read on the internet that it could be because of the RTX 3060 ti on PCI that when installed it deactivates the onboard videocard.

Could you help me ?

Hello @Sliderem2  and welcome
You cannot use the VGA and HDMI connections on the board, because your processor I5-11400F does not have a graphics chip.
The processors marked with "F" in the nomenclature do not have an integrated graphics unit.
