The s key stopped working on my laptop, so after a few months back and forth with customer services, the Deputy P10 was added to the shop in Germany and I have finally got the replacement.
It has come with the entire top panel as a unit, so my question is... how to replace it? The only tutorials I've seen are for replacing hardware through the back panel.
Also, I've checked the date of purchase, and it is still in warranty (by 2 months), so I'm wanting to know about sending it in for repair. How long does it take for this?
Is the model repaired or replaced?
There's warning about being responible for my data being backed up. Does my machine get replaced with a different machine or is mine actually repaired?
Thanks in advance.

And yes, I have had to copy/paste every s in this message manually.

Hello @ MrsMAB
Apologies for the delayed reply.
If the problem has not been resolved, I would recommend getting an authorised technician to replace the keyboard or contact your local Medion customer team to book in a repair. https://www.medion.com/
Medion aims to have the product repaired and returned to you within 10 business days. It is always advised to back up your data in case a full system reset is required.
The machine itself will not be replaced for a keyboard repair.
