X25 - booting straight to BIOS - drive write protected after crash

Hi all, just a problem that hopefully someone can help with.

X25 crashed the other day.

Restarted and it went straight to BIOS.

Attempted loading drives in different sequence / security enabled/disabled etc. but no luck

Used recovery drive to see what was happening via CMD and the C: drive was bitlocked!!

Inputted the recovery keys and accessed CMD.

Unlocked the drives.

Checked the C: dir and all my files are still there.

Tried chkdsk and scannow but the drive is showing as write-protected / read only.

Tried altering via cmd and diskpart but just keep getting messages telling me 'not allowed'!

Tried rebooting, still going straight to BIOS.

Any ideas?
