Erazer Defender E15 MD62299 poor bios setting no sound no bluethoot and other setting are only till uefi usb only uefi can be detected help thanks

generally we ensure the full functionality of a machine, before it leaves the factory, so the question is, if your issues could be observed from the first start of the machine, or did you do any updates?

Which Bios version are you currently running on now?
