Erazer Control Center CPU -1 MHz bug

Hello

As mentioned in the post name, my control center keep indicates -1MHz on the CPU counter.

I've tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling the software but nothing works, however, it still work in Windows task manager.

I updated my RTX graphics card driver on the same day, I don't know if that has anything to do with it ?

How can I fix this ?

Thank you 🙂

I've found the solution!

1) Disable automatic updates on the Microsoft Store in settings.

2) Uninstalling the control center

3) Download Medion driver pack.

Emergency link

4) Extract the control center in the .zip.

5) Install the control center with the installer.

6) Restart when asked.

7) Open the control center and configure it as you want.

⚠️ The new version of the control center has some small differences like an extra banner but it works exactly the same. ⚠️

🔧Troubleshooting :

The problem starts again !

You must deactivate the installation of manufacturer software via the Microsoft Store and repeat the steps above.

Guide

After following the steps the control center is not installed !

Retry the steps and if the problem persists, use the troubleshooting method above.
