Does anyone know where I can download or view a manual to disassemble this laptop so that I can upgrade the RAM and HDD?

Hi Tbeach,

Downloadlink for the Medion manual on the ServicePage,  but it will not  really help you, because there are as usual with Medions so called "Manuals" no technical data included.

Your mainboard is a Peghatron  BB PGT K15CCN Deputy P10 MD bk,

The Ram spec s are:  1x 8192 MB DDR4 SO-DIMM (PC4-21300/ 2666 MHz) included  (1/2 Slots covered; 32GB max.)

So you can update  buying one 8 GB Ram modul, or two 16 GB moduls.

The disk is a Phison SSD M.2 (2280) 512G PS5012-E12S B27B PCIe. This you can replace with a bigger sized M.2 SSD, probably 1 TB will be ok.

It is actually my friends laptop so I was looking for some docs that showed disassembly so that we don't break anything.

Shame that there are not even any video teardowns on youtube.
