Hello all,
I have just bought a new erazer Defender P50.
When I plugged a USB key into the "3.0" USB port, I realized that it doesn't recognize the key (whether it's standard or 3.0), unlike the normal port, which works.
When I try to use the 3.0 port, the LED on the key is still powered. I've tried connecting a phone via a USB cable and it's recognized.
I've tried to update the drivers linked to the USB ports but it doesn't work.
Do you have any ideas?

Hi @Major_ToM ,
Thank you for your answer.
I forgot to close this topic : I went back to the store where I bought the laptop and we tried many USB keys with an employee. At the begining nothing was working, and after many tries it began to work. No one knows why 🤷 maybe a dust in the USB port or something like this
Now everything works perfectly !
Happy New year

Hi @AD56 and sorry for the late reply.
Is the problem still "alive" and could you please tell us, which kind of USB stick you preferred to use on your ERAZER Defrender P50 laptop?
Cheers
