Compatible keyboard for Medion Erazer P6689 -MD61022 ?

My spanish keyboard for the Medion Erazer P6689-MD61022 has some faulty keys. When I turn it on some dont work (specially letter c, q, and 123 in the numeric keyboard). After some time on they some times work.

I want to replace the keyboard but the spanish keyboard is not produced anymore. Are other language keyboards for this model compatible? I have seen there are versions with one screw or two screws behind and some people say they are different.
