Can you upgrade drives on Medion Erazer X7859 (MSN: 30022560) without ejecting keyboard

Hi all,

Do you really have to eject the keyboard to access the hard drives? I looked at the service manual and it seems both drives are located on the bottom side of the machine. Thanks in advance.

Hello @RobM-UK
you have a bareboe clevo P670HS-G(M).
You can find out how to disassemble it in this service manual, see page 2-1

Thank you, so looking at the manual, I can just take off the back cover and disconnect the battery, which I guess is to prevent any possibility of power in the battery damaging the drive when removing and installing replacement?
