Can’t remove motherboard backplate!

Hello,

I can’t remove the motherboard backplate. It’s stuck. I’ve tried to push from the front but it ain’t working. How is it stuck on there? Adhesive?

Solved. It had adhesive. Had to keep pushing it for it to go off. Took ages.
