Can RAM and SSD be upgraded in erazer crawler E10

Hi 

I am new to PC gaming. 

With all the next gen content due to come out 8 GB RAM is not really enough for my future needs and I have looked into upgrading both the SSD and the RAM

Can this be done? 

Also is the site crucial a trusted site for ordering and advising the correct parts to buy? 

I am going to ask a local store to upgrade it for me but by the parts myself.

Any advice would be very helpful as I am new to this

until now the crawler E10 with up to 32GB RAM MAX. be upgraded.
