I have been searching everywhere for a driver to flash my bios on this laptop but with no success so I am making this post in hopes that someone will be able to help me with my current problem, I would even be happy with the current bios version I am running on.
The reason I need to flash my bios is so that I can play valorant again since I am getting a secure boot violation (with secure boot on) since I had been banned for using a third party application, and everywhere I have searched has told me that a bios flash is necessary to fix this problem.
Thanks.

Hello!
To flash the BIOS on your Medion Erazer Crawler E10, visit the Medion Support website and search for your model to find any BIOS updates. If you can’t find one, use the Medion Service app (if available) or contact Medion support directly for assistance. Once you have the BIOS file, follow the provided instructions to update it, typically by using a USB drive and entering the BIOS to start the flash process. Flashing the BIOS should help resolve the secure boot violation you’re facing with Valorant. Make sure Secure Boot is enabled afterward to avoid anti-cheat issues.

I tried the medion service app but it just doesn't open, if any staff here could maybe help me out a bit that would be greatly appreciated and for anyone wondering what bios I'm on right now (INSYDE Corp. 1.07.04RME1_00038, 2020-02-17)
And the motherboard is the NP50Dx if that helps with anything.
Thanks
