app Netflix error on Medion X16515

Hi. We have a problem on our Medion 65". The app Netflix does not work anymore. There is shown this error: Code UI-800-3. Any info about that?

I didn´t have that TV. But did you ask Goggle?

Hi! Yes I checked on Google and I just found to re install the app (I don't know this procedure), or close the tv for a while, close internet connection and reconnect it... These solutions did not work but... I cheched again on my tv and I try among the options of the app... the"Reset". After reset the app worked again :). Thanks for your support.
