instructions for disassembly an AKOYA P9614 Allinone.

I remove all the screws of the back cover, but still i can´t remove the cover to reach the hard drive that have problems and i need to replace. Anyone can help? i didn´t find anything on internet.

Unfortunately due to the age of this unit 2010 we do not hold much information on it, have you verified all the screws have been full removed? there are several hidden by the HDMI ports and maybe under the stand.
