Wireless Keyboard

I have just bought an All in One PC with it came a keyboard and mou8se (wireless) when I put the 2.4 plug in the back of the computer the mouse works but nothing from the keyboard. It does not tell you how to switch the keyboard on. Can someone please help. Thank you.
