I have a small question regarding Windows 10 for a Medion PC I bought.
Unfortunately, I had to reinstall Windows. The key is in the BIOS, so everything's fine. My question is, when I got the PC, was I able to connect to MEDION in Windows (where you configure all the services). Of course, if I download and install Windows from Microsoft, I won't be able to do that. Is there a version of Windows from Medion itself that I can use?

Hi Lepra, first you have to give us the MSN number of your PC. It's stated on a sticker on the backside; on Desktop PCs it is often underneath the bottom on a sticker.
But the contact to Medion is mostly following this link guaranteed ( may be you do need the specific country version.

No. But you can use a the version from Microsoft. Make a USB stick with the MediaCreationTool, and install .
