Medion Erazer P30 MD62473: BIOS boot failed

Dear Medion Support, my computer Medion

Erazer Deputy P30 MD62473 with serial number 2206NP50PNPMKAP2001042 has a BIOS update block with the following symptoms: 1. Persistent error:

"NPSXPNP04.efi boot fail" or "Update BIOS fail" 2. Failed attempts with: - Official BIOS files downloaded from the Medion website - USB formatted in FAT32/FreeDOS - Recovery procedure (Ctrl+Home) 

I suspect a hardware/firmware block because:

- The PC does not recognize correct BIOS files

- The update always stops at the same point

Since the device is still under warranty purchased on 03-09-2024 at 18:49, I request:

1. Confirmation if there is a factory block

2. Instructions for unlocking the firmware

3. If necessary, sending to an authorized service center.

in addition when starting any operating system it remains black I can only access the bios
