MEDION AKOYA E4230

Hello,

I have a MEDION AKOYA E4230 that suddenly has stopped working. The power button led flash every 5 seconds, I hear the hard disk spine, and the Processor Fan is running at 100%.

I've replace RAM, Video Card and disconnected everything, but nothing happens.

What could it be?
