Bios upgrade

Hi I am checking if there are any bios upgrades for the following

MSN 10023662

MB ECS B550A4-EM 3X00 GEN

HWinfo states it is this 550A4W0X.105, 11/13/2019

The BIOS is well out of date 2019 and i want to add a 5000 series CPU if possible.

I just need more grunt as the current 3200g is now shockingly under powered
