Akoya E3222 Not turning On

My Medion Akoya E3222 wont turn on. when i click the power on button, it will show a green light, but nothing shows. The light of the charging port keeps being red (i dont know if that means anything). And the screen just wont turn on. What can i do?

the connection ribbon cable to the display may be damaged.
do you have the possibility to connect a monitor to the mini hdmi connection (alternatively also to the display port with an adapter), then start the computer and switch to the external monitor with Fn+F3?
