Activating XMP-profile?

Enabling XMP-profile on BIOS

Hello! I have a motherboard with the information
BIOS Version - 560H6W0X.021

System Serial Number - 10024365040022
Motherboard Serial Number - 0B5103G14300018
MAC Address - 1C-69-7A-97-EA-79
I would like to optimize my Ram because it says in BIOS that it only uses 2400 MHz when i have DDR4-3200 (1600 Mhz) Kingston 4x8GB. Can i fix this in some way?

Not XMP, only JEDEC Specs with 1,2V! Not XMP with 1,35V!

Must buy Memory DDR4 3200Mhz with only 1,2V! (OEM Standard module)
