AKOYA P5107 D sleep issue

Hi, 

My Akoya does not wake from sleep, I have restored the computer to factory settings but after updates it will not wake from sleep again.

Hi Peteee, 

Which Windows version do you have installed on your system? Windows 8 or 10? If its still Windows 8, you could try to turn off automatic updates and install updates manually one by one to try and find the culprit. 

In Windows 10 I dont think its possible to turn off updates, so the only way test if its an update from Windows I can think of is to test the system without any internet connection.
