strange sound at the begining of Windows

Hi guys.
I have problems with my laptop, a Medion Erazer Deputy P10 (MD63665). The system, a few minutes after starting Windows, emits a beep or two through the speakers, they are unique and do not repeat them. I have checked everything with software and it reports no problems. I've reset Setup settings to factory mode, uninstalled audio driver updates, but it keeps beeping. Any advice?

When exactly did the problem start? Was a Windows update carried out shortly before? Can music or sounds still be played properly? How exactly did you restore the factory settings?
