Error E91-E96 on TV-Soundbar P91236 / MD44236

Hello,

I just bought and installed a TV-Soundbar P91236 / MD44236. It is connected to a TV using the AUX port and an audio cable, and I connected a smartphone to it using Bluetooth.

Sound is good, bass and treble can be set using the remote control.

However, when I press the "News / Music / Movie / Bass / 3D or Game" buttons of the remote control, I get an error code E91, E92, ..., E96 and no difference can be heard.

Am I misunderstanding anything regarding these functions ?

Hi @warrendlr ,

I checked this issue and these are not error messages you are getting but messages showing you which of the various EQ modes you have selected.

Unfortunately, the info on the user manual is not correct and due to your observation, we are having it updated with the proper information. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

Please find below the list of EQ modes:

Music => EQ 1 (E91)
Movie => EQ 2 (E92)
Bass => EQ 3 (E93)
News => EQ 4 (E94)
Game => EQ 5 (E95)
3D => EQ 6 (E96)
