I have a Big problema with muy laptop

Hi, I'm having a Big problem with my laptop and I don't know what else can do. When I'm working, suddenly the Office help Windows opens many times and then I can't do anything else with the laptop. I sent It to the technical service last week, they said they had repared It but the problem is still happening. I don't know what to do but burning It to ashes. Can anyone help me?

Is this always the help of the Chrome+ assistant that opens? What happens if you are in the office without being connected to the Internet? Try to find out if there is an update for Chrome or reinstall it.

Have you looked at the problem solutions there?

Otherwise, uninstall Chrome and try another browser. There is still Microsoft Edge at the bottom of the tab bar.

Yes, but also happens with Edge's help.

What happens if you are in the office without being connected to the Internet?

Without internet the problem doesn't happen, but I need the connection to work and study.

Try to find out if there is an update for Chrome or reinstall it.

I've reinstalled Chrome already, I put the laptop in the original condition and still shows the problem. 

Have you looked at the problem solutions there? Yes, and nothing happens.
