hi

I have a problem with this smart tv

has been set up like this:

192.168.001.014

instead of that:

to change the DNS I did this:

I went on the menu and then on the net tab and

after that I'm going to the advanced settings I changed from automatic to manual and I entered these values:

DNS server 1: "0001.0001.0001.0001"

DNS Server 2: "0001.0000.0000.0001"

so with the google dns was this:

DNS Server 1: 0008.0008.0008.0008

DNS Server 2: 0008.0008.0004.0004

at the end of the procedure I did save and everything worked correctly

Hi @ronny941 and welcome to the Forum!

Could you please confirm that your TV MSN number is 30027375?

You should be able to find this code printed in a label located behind or underneath your product.

Regards,

Gehringer
