Thanks @Fishtown. From the file in the other thread I got NH77DCQ_DDW05RME1.exe, is that 1.07.05RME1? I can't check the actual version on the laptop as I'm doing this for a friend and they aren't BIOS-level savvy, so I can't ask them to check for me. Maybe you could provide a link to the latest bios file anyway, just in case?

My laptop is a Medion Erazer Defender P10 MD61874 UK MSN: 3002 9469 I found a BIOS update in another thread (00_Bios_Defender_P10_.zip) but it's dated to August 2020! Is there a more recent BIOS? And if not can you confirm that that BIOS is the latest for my particular laptop please.
