Over jirazame

Hello all,   My PC (MEDION - Erazer Bandit P20 Gaming PC - Intel® Core™ i7, RTX 4070, 1 TB SSD) cannot connect to my monitor. I have plugged the HDMI cable in the GPU HDMI port, but it only results in "No Signal" from the monitor. This cannot be from faulty cables because I was able to connect my laptop to my monitor just fine with no issue.   There are some plugs in here and I'm unsure if I should plug them anywhere or if these are just extra wires as a friend suggested.
