Hello, Windows 8.1 factory installation but under Windows 10 for years.   I tried to create a bootable key with Win8.1 and rufus because the Windows media tool no longer offers the installation of Win8.1. It does not work either.   I have a hard drive on the screen and a disk on the docking station.   The hard drive of the screen was formatted to accommodate an Android operating system but I do not use it anymore because it did not work very well.   I tried to format it via the command prompt(CMD: shift F10) and diskpart but it refuses the clean function and says access denied or error depends a little on its mood.
