@daddle Thank you for letting me know ^^ For some reason now the battery is being seen and is charging fine. So I'm at a loss of to what the actual issue is. I'll still get in contact with medion though, so thank you for letting me know that again!

So I've had the Beast X40 laptop for nearly a year now and just recently while charging the laptop it randomly died. Then when I turned it back on it said that the battery wasn't there (Showed a battery with an X in the middle of it.) Can someone help me out with it? Like is there any warranty or something if the battery is toast? Thanks
