Ty, I think it worked. It somehow also temporarily fixed itself. I think it might have something to do with youtube trying to destroy peoples processors for using adblockers, because it went back down to 0 after using youtube. But it is working correctly again, so thank you.

I have a Medion Erazer P50 and in the erazer Control Center it says that the CPU clock speed = -1 MHz (see picture below). The laptop still works but does anyone know how to fix it? Picture of -1 MHz clock speed
