  Hello, I have been the owner of an E30e for almost a month now and since yesterday it has had a problem, namely the battery. I can no longer turn on my PC under battery power and when I turn it on, the battery is detected and displays 17%; it doesn't charge and strangely today it went up to 18% then went back down to 17%. I reinstalled all the drivers, went from Windows 10 to 11, returning to factory condition nothing solved the problem. The command powercfg /batterryreport gives me this: Strange the number of charge cycles which is 0. And also in 1 month 10% of the original capacity lost strange.   Is there a way to resolve my problem please? CMOS battery reset or something? or bios update? (I don't know how to do this and my current version is 1.07.02me1) or a method to reset the battery? ... Mehr anzeigen

Bonjour je suis le propriétaire d'un E30e depuis presque 1 mois maintenant et depuis hier celle rencontre un soucis a savoir la batterie . Je ne peux plus mettre mon pc sous tension sous batterie et lorsque je me mets sous secteur , la batterie est détectée et affiche 17% ; elle ne charge pas et bizarre aujourd'hui elle est monte a 18% puis redescendu a 17%. j'ai tout réinstalle les pilotes ,  passe de Windows 10 a 11 , revenir au condition d'usine rien ne résout le problème.    La commande powercfg /batterryreport me donne ceci :  Bizarre le nombre de cycle de charge qui est a 0. Et aussi en 1mois 10% de la capacite d'origine perdu bizarre.   Y'a t'il un moyen de résoudre mon problème SVP ? Réinitialisation de la pile CMOS ou un truc du genre ? ou mise a jour du bios ? ( je sais pas cmt faire et ma version actuelle est la 1.07.02me1) ou une méthode de réinitialiser la batterie ? ... Mehr anzeigen
