hi Major ToM, yes, the issue is still present. In Device Manager I can see the "Medion Deputy P30" device under "Computer", but I only see "Device Firmware" and "System Firmware" under "Firmware". All of these are showing as Microsoft drivers with dates from 2006. I've not seen any firmware updates since I manually installed the version you posted before. Thanks for your help!

is the link given earlier still the latest BIOS for Erazer Deputy P30? I have just purchased one, and it's still on 1.07.02RME1_010 I'm confused to how I can get BIOS updates through windows update. The system firmware device is showing as a generic "system firmware" device in device manager, with manufacturer being Microsoft. How can I get my firmware updated? Thanks!
