I have solved it! I installed the generic Realtek driver downloaded from their website: https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software And it works perfectly. It took a couple of hours to download due to Asian servers (I can imagine), but it was worth it. Now I'm missing the keyboard illumination, I don't know what driver is needed for it. I do not know if anyone can guide me, should I close this topic and open a new one? Thank you very much and best regards.

Hello @Fishtown , thank you very much for your response. I have downloaded them before, but there is no .exe. I run the file "_install.cmd", it opens the console and gives me examples of actions, I run the action to import and install the driver package, it closes and nothing happens. Best regards.

Hello community! I bought a Medion Akoya E16401 MD62264 without OS. I have installed W10 Pro and everything OK except for the audio drivers. I have tried with all windows updates, with the Intel Driver and support Assistant (it doesn't detect that I am missing audio drivers), I have tried to install generic Realtek drivers and nothing... I have downloaded from the Medion website the audio drivers, but there is no .exe. I don't know what else to do. The windows troubleshooter tells me there is no problem, but it tells me there are no speakers or headphones connected. The only possibility I have is to use bluetooth speakers. I don't know what else I can do. Any ideas? thank you very much and best regards.
