Hello I want to see if I can possibly add an extra m.2 ssd or Sata and possibly upgrade from 16gb RAM to 32gb but I am unable to remove the back panel. I have removed all screws (12) and it won’t budge I tried to use a card and flat head screw driver to pry around the sides but it still won’t budge. Is there a hidden screw I am missing or is it just not possible??? Pls help
