The performance test clearly shows the memory and the gpu way underperform. In the games i have half the required fps, which the similar pcs have. Also i have constantly fps drops still. I tried to reinstall windows, still got the issue. No, my motherboard is that: B560M Aorus Pro AX motherboard. I tried to update from that site the bios, but there is no flash q option in the bios, so i can not upgrade the bios. Why is it removed? Can you send me an up to date bios version for this modified "Medion / Gigabyte" motherboard?

Dear Medion Community. I got a prebuild pc (MD35184) I7 11700k 3080 Zotac Gpu B560M Aorus Pro AX motherboard. 32Gb ram 3200mz All of the games i have low fps and the gpu / cpu usage is around 40-50%. I have some BSD, 3-4 times per a week, and lot of lags, shuttering. I checked the bios version, its pretty old, its from 2021, (106 version). I checked the bios, but there is no option to upgrade the version, Q-Flash is missing, there is no option to upgrade recent versions the motherboard. I am pretty sure thats why i got very low performance in this machine. How can i update it to the recent version?
