I recently bought a refurbished P10 erazer and I'm trying to change the RGB colours on the keyboard, it looks like I need to access the control centre by using the hotkey app however when I try to open the app a popup comes up asking if I allow it to make changes to the computer then nothing happens when I click yes. I have tried installing the hotkey driver software from the median website but that hasn't made a difference. anyone have any ideas?
