Over BSOD2333

I've been getting BSOD for a few months. Most often error code CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and sometimes Machine-check exception. I did all the ways to fix this error except updating the bios.   My bios version is e7c79w0x.203. My system unfortunately have the OEM version of the Medion BIOS and i can't update it.   I looked at other posts with the same problem and saw @Andi helped them solve this problem.             ...
