@daddle Hey, so the thing is I got the ram used. It came with the packaging though and on the packing it says CT16G4SFRA266 I am sure it seated correctly and it is not damaged because it works on my other laptop (zenbook ux410).

Hello I tried to upgrade ram using Crucial 16 gb dd4 SODIMM 2666MHZ but the computer doesn't post. The ram was after checked in another computer and it works fine. When I put back in the original 4 GB it works fine. What is the problem? Compatibiliy issue? What RAM should I use?
