Hi! The support say me that this laptop don't have drivers for install. The solution is to look for the Wi-Fi card driver and then be able to update the rest of the drivers with the windows update or from the device manager. To search for the driver, use for example the "3DP_Net" tool. You download it to another pc and copy it to your new laptop.
