In the end I just ended up swapping out the motherboard. If you also have the same PC as me the motherboard supplied is garbage. I also changed the CPU cooler and noticed a massive drop in temps.

I have just bought the prebuilt last week and have seen that the RAM is rated at 3200 yet there is no XMP in BIOS or a way to get it to this speed as it is only at 2933 currently. Furthermore I also don't know how to enable resizable bar for my Zotac 3060Ti I have looked online and the correct VBIOS is also installed but yet again there is nothing in the BIOS to enable this feature. Would really appreciate if someone could help me with these.
