Hi, I have purchased two Medion Erazer Crawler E30 laptops, both of which have the same issue: after some time, they either boot up with no display or don't respond to the power button at all. Resetting the CMOS battery helps. Sometimes it works after a few tries. Recently, I managed to update the BIOS on one of them, and it worked for a week, but then I had to reset the CMOS battery again. The second one stopped working yesterday. I flashed the same BIOS as for the other one, but now there's no response at all. Could you please provide a clean BIOS and EC dump? I have the necessary programmers to flash the file. The file available on the forum doesn't fit my laptop, and the laptop won't start with it. Motherboard model: 6-71-NP5K0-D02B MSN 30034264 Apparently, this issue is repaired under warranty, but I bought the laptops second-hand, and it turns out someone had already taken them apart. I’ve heard that replacing "one" component resolves the issue, and the laptop works as it should.
