i tried that i got someone on the Phone that shouldnt be working for a pc company i tried explaining to her and she didnt even KNow What HZ means she kept having to leave the phone to google what i was talking about so can you just give me a Phone number for a Technician who knows there stuff before i waste an hour on the phone again please?

It won't let me use 144hz.... I even Created a custom resolution in Nvidia Panel and it just goes to 60 I think you put the wrong panel on my Laptop how do I get a refund?

i see someone said it is not possible to add more to this laptop my laptop only comes with 500gb ssd can i add another one? and if so wich is the biggest size laptop will take. many thanks
