Hi Gehringer! Yes, I did that, I also watched some videos on youtube, what I was trying to do is delete the camera driver and then download it again and install it. So I delete the driver and I went to Medion.com to try to find it but it says that they through windows 10 it will automatically detects all the drivers, but it I doesn't.  I can attach a screenshot from my Device Manager to show you that it doesn't show the camera drivers, not even when I click on "view" and "show hidden  devices"   Thank you again Gehringer      it doesn't appear at all  ... Has anybody experienced an error while using the camera?, I've been using my laptop for over a week and I already have a problem with the camera, it displays an error code "OxA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>" Thats the error that I get if I try to use the camera, I already try numerous things to try to fix it but I can.   ...
